RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible in preparing, reviewing and filling the Tax Review, computing the monthly
estimate of tax payable / estimated of chargeable income, withholding tax, application
for tax credit refund and set off, and appeal for lower of estimate of tax payable.

• Liaise with Malaysia tax authorities. Attend to and finalising the queries and audits raised
by Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRB).
• Manage corporate tax matters to ensure timely compliance with the tax obligations such
as tax returns, estimated of chargeable income and withholding tax.
• Identify the potential transfer pricing risks when reviewing the tax return.
• Provide tax advise on matters such as review of corporate tax implications arising from
transfer of business, certificate of residence and review with the withholding tax
computation.
• Review tax computations with Malaysia tax incentives (e.g. reinvestment allowance,
investment tax allowance, pioneer status) and deferred tax computations (e.g. return to
provision and tax provisions).
• Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by superior/HOD as and when required.
REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Accounting/Finance, Professional Qualification/ACCA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 - 8 years of working experience in Tax/Corporate Tax.
• Preferable candidate from Audit Firm or Big 4 companies with strong and solid tax
experience.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
