- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flight tickets and accommodations.
- Coordinate conference meetings and events.
- Assist with VISA applications and related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Maintain organized records and files.
skills & experiences required.
- Native Japanese speaker or N1 level proficiency.
- Previous experience in Public Relations (P R) or Investor Relations (I R) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese ,English and Chinese.
