【R&I-Marketing】COPD Market Development Manager (Senior Manager), Inhaled Marketing)■ 職務内容 / Job DescriptionContribute to maintain sustainably competitive position of AZ in the industry, who can make continued investment on scientific innovation to help patients, by maximizing the value of AZ science through delivering benefits of products/portfolio to as many patients as possible A team player with a proven record of achieving sustainable, high-impact change in line. This person will be responsible for cross-functional team delivery to achieve AZ’s COPD pioneer goals. In addition to that, this person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing and cross-functional activities for expanding of COPD diagnosis and Triple penetration in COPD treatment. ■Typical AccountabilitiesProgram delivery leadership • Create and update project business case(s) (as required)• Proactively identify synergies across branded and unbranded initiatives• Drive projects for enhancement and game changers initiatives• Continuously validate and ideate new projects and secure alignment and buy-in of key stakeholders across the organization at new project launch and throughout project delivery• Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to achieve desired project outcomes• Input to annual budget planning cycles to help secure COPD market development budget (as required)Reporting and project management• Create reporting for each governing bodies (as required)• Consolidate impact tracking for the program as a whole• Facilitate project meetings/Check governance reporting schedule■ 応募資格(経験、資格等)/ Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.)【経験 / Experience】<Essential>Program delivery leadership • Create and update project business case(s) (as required)• Proactively identify synergies across branded and unbranded initiatives• Drive projects for enhancement and game changers initiatives• Continuously validate and ideate new projects and secure alignment and buy-in of key stakeholders across the organization at new project launch and throughout project delivery• Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to achieve desired project outcomes• Input to annual budget planning cycles to help secure COPD market development budget (as required)Reporting and project management• Create reporting for each governing bodies (as required)• Consolidate impact tracking for the program as a whole• Facilitate project meetings/Check governance reporting schedule<Desirable>• MBA or equivalent• Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets promotions and/or strategy role• Experience in Insight/Market Research• Experience in global commercial role• Understanding of the COPD treatment environment
