cook/food & beverage attendant.

This exciting and diverse position involves:

• Preparing hot hotel-style breakfasts, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, and dinners, including fine dining service for special functions.
• Assisting the Chef and providing relief cover as required.
• Some bar shifts (bar hours generally finish by 10:30 pm; functions may extend to midnight).
• Travelling to remote camps (approximately 4 times per year) with accommodation and meals provided.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• A current Driver’s Licence.
• A current Police Check.
• Food Handling Qualifications, including allergen training.
• Flexibility to travel and work in remote areas when required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional service.
