Utilize your sales experience to lead and develop the sales strategy across all business units.
Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring results, and providing guidance to sales teams.
Continuously improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for business units and monitor their performance against these metrics.
