Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role involves leading a team to improve the company's e-commerce performance through strategic optimizations. The ideal candidate needs strong analytical skills, advanced HTML and CSS knowledge, and experience in A/B testing and team management.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a technique aimed at enhancing the website's performance to boost the number of conversions. These conversions could be in the form of sales, leads, or any desired action taken by a website visitor.
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates: including A/B testing, usability testing, personalization activities and customer journey analysis.
- In collaboration with the SEO and content team, optimise website structure, content, and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility across search engines.
- Regularly communicate with cross functional teams to gather ideas and translate into activities to inform the creation of quarterly roadmaps.
- Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective CRO techniques.
about you
- At least 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a good understanding and experience in conversion rate optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully managing CRO projects and improving conversion rates.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heat mapping tools.
- Experience with direct response marketing funnels
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
