A major global supplier of automotive components, systems, and services is hiring for a Controller.The organization achieved sales amounting to $40 billion and presently has a workforce of approximately 200,000 individuals across over 50 countries and markets.As a Financial Controller, you will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting. Your role involves providing valuable analytical insights for informed decision-making, ensuring financial stewardship through cross-functional decisions impacting profitability and cash flow. Proficiency in building Excel models, attention to detail, process simplification through automation, and the ability to support executive decision-making are essential.Qualifications:・Proficient in ERP/SAP・Financial expertise・Strong reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel・Certified or Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)・Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience・Advanced excel and modeling skills, familiarity with SAP BI is a plus・Experience leading process improvement projects or implementing new systems is advantageous・Effective negotiation and influencing skills with internal stakeholders・Ability to enforce recommendations, guidelines, or processesDesired Attributes:・Highly motivated and organized, capable of working independently・Experience working internationally, especially outside of Japan・Fluent in English (written and oral)・Detail-oriented with strong business ethics
