Main activities :
-The R&T Financial Contract Manager is responsible to:
-Provide overall status and financial reporting on the R&T France/Europe activity to Team Leaders
-Close Follow-Up of financial contractual deliverables
-Amendment Financial Deliverables when and as appropriate (extension of project, partner budget.)

-Take part in the DGAC Monitoring Committees
-Set-up Project financial monitoring to optimize funding
-Prepare expenditure statements and invoices in line with contractual financial deliverables
-Establish a follow-up of partner invoicing to be presented during Monitoring Committees
-Track unpaid bills
-Act as facilitator with Controlling Departments to ensure proper cost allocation
-Act as Airbus ambassador when liaising with Authorities and build trustworthy relations
-Liaise with External Auditors and provide extensive evidence to minimize loss of funding
-Prepare the “Request for Support” and monitor Partner signature
-Take part in DGAC Audits of funded projects
-Respond to various DGAC requests (partner payment monitoring, etc.)
-Respond to various partner requests (establishment of analytical quotes, etc.)
Outputs / Main deliverable :
-Cost Claim Preparation and Invoices to be sent to DGAC for all Contracts with the aim of maximizing funding
-Invoicing status on all Projects for Monitoring Committee with the DGAC
Ce poste, basé à BLAGNAC est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'une mission d'une durée de 40 semaines.
La rémunération brute annuelle est à négocier selon votre expérience.

-Expérience : 1-3 ans
-Expérience Airbus souhaitée
-Maîtrise des outils SAP et IFRP indispensable
-Profil attendu : contrôle de gestion - BTS financeDe formation Bac+5, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 années.
