Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
Bonus: 10% Guaranteed

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a reputable East Midlands-based main contractor. This role involves overseeing 2-4 contracts simultaneously, with project values ranging from £5 million to £25 million. Our projects span the education, residential, care, and Ministry of Defence (MOD) sectors, offering a diverse and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple construction contracts, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, site managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and manage project budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with each project.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager overseeing projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
