Salary: £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Performance Bonus (discussed at interview)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Compile weekly updates and monthly progress reports for Senior Managers and stakeholders.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards through audits and regular assessments.
- Project Planning: Develop and coordinate comprehensive project plans, time lines, and resource allocations.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage labour and subcontractors efficiently.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to meet industry standards.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project coordination.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate project documentation and regular status updates for stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract or project management.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
