Your New Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will act as a central point of contact for all escalated matters on our clients recently acquired government contract. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Liaising between clients and assigned trades to ensure effective communication during task processes
- Investigating client-raised issues and taking timely action to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Assisting in the creation of chronology reports as requested by clients, including analysis and identification of key property concerns
- Raising service orders based on requests and dispatching them to vendors
- Following up on dispatched work orders with relevant vendors
- Responding to client queries via phone and email
- Conducting ad-hoc administrative and data entry projects as assigned by the Regional Manager

About You:
- Previous customer service, project administration, facilities or scheduling experience required
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience using CRM systems preferred
