We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment to join our team as a Contract Administrator. The primary functions of the role is to process incoming new machine orders with our builders. The Contract Administrator will facilitate and monitor the machine and peripheral options and provide weekly updates to internal staff. This individual will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Administrator and the Parts Manager to provide Administrative Support.

Position: Contract Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Mississauga (Admiral Blvd) (5 days in office)
Salary: $55, 000 - $60,000 + benefits and 2 weeks vacation
*** all candidates must be double vaccinated
*** candidates must have valid drivers licence and passport for travel to the USA for training purposes

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with all departments internally and with builders and suppliers externally
- Provide administrative support for the marketing and sales team
- Data entry for machine orders including maintenance requests, order entry, follow-ups
- Follow up on ETA and Inventory Management of products
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Monitor price increases, product delays, and SKU changes
- Review existing sales orders and process new machine orders
- Update weekly sales orders against the backlog report

Qualifications
- College Diploma in Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service type role with ability to demonstrative strong administrative stills (responsiveness, clear communication, etc)
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to both internal staff and suppliers
- The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- The ability to work productively independently and as part of a team
- Must have excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
