Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic lawyer with 1-3 years of experience to join our Law Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract abstraction, data migration, and the use of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient management and migration of contractual data.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze various types of contracts for critical data extraction and abstraction.
Perform data migration tasks related to contract information into CLM tools or other designated systems.
Quality check on the Data extraction of contracts from different sources.
Ensure compliance with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations during the contract review and abstraction process.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance contract management efficiency.
Provide legal support and guidance on contract-related matters to relevant departments.
Stay updated on developments in contract law and best practices for data management in a legal context.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
1-3 years of experience in contract abstraction, data migration, and contract lifecycle management.
Proficiency in using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
