In partnership with our client we are recruiting Contingent Workforce Officer
...your role:
Manage Contingent Worker administration.
Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts/documentation according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor/location.
Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).
Storage of all required documentation in contractor’s file and SAP.
support our contingent workforce officers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contingent workforce documentation, including contracts and compliance forms.
If you have:
Experience in administrative work;
Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory);
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms);
Good English level;
Behaviours & inter-personal skills – Key points;
Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities;
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities;
Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus;
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude;
Capacity to share complete and accurate information;
High-level confidentiality.
