This a full time role Monday to Friday working your rostered hours between 6am-6pm. You will be supporting people nationwide, based in Christchurch. This is meaningful work for a national charity, where you will play a key part in the experience of callers and stakeholders. Therefore we are looking for someone with empathy, excellent listening skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and high resilience. Call Centre experience is a bonus but not essential.
About the role
- Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls from a variety of stakeholders.
- Evaluate and identity risk with callers and ensure timely response is met
- Log and process call information accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to calls in an empathetic manner
- Ability to provide excellent service delivery to callers
About you
- Customer Service Experience - Any experience we are open to!
- Empathetic by nature
- High resilience
- Excellent listening skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
