Planning: Be flexible and support the planning of the seasonal journey execution;
Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills. Play a key role in communicating the info regarding Code to the rest of the organization;
Be proactive, flexible and you are able to plan seasonal journey execution;
Project management: You will support or drive projects to support the ongoing improvement of CODE execution;
E2E B2B experience: understand the flow of the information and how, where is the nike.net platform leveraged internally and externally to be able to influence the readiness of the tools and content;
Marketplace: Work closely with MPU leads to understand the marketplace and account portfolio to be able to serve them.
You instill trust, are able to embrace and leads changes;
You can think strategically, drive clarity and are able to foster effective teamwork.

what will you do

In this role you coordinate seamless of Nike partners Code gates. You execute seasonal journey according to Code Agenda.

What you will do:

Drive the execution of all X-functional gates of CODE to bring the Nike Seasonal Strategy come to life on the EMEA marketplace;
Understand the impact of CODE to business processes and support the creation of newness and clarity in the way we execute;
Support projects to contribute to the overall improvement of the CODE process for Nike partners representing the Consumer teams and all MPU's;
Collaborate with X functional teams and coordinate the communication for enabling code execution;
Support the planning of the EMEA cross functional Code Calender.

Colleagues from all over the world and located in and amongst numerous parks, cycling lanes and running tracks. Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
