key responsibilities
- Análise, Recolha e documentação de requisitos por forma a implementar e manter o ERP Dynamics Business Central (BC), produtos e serviços relacionados ou interligados;
- Garantir a adoção das melhores praticas com objetivo de garantir a melhoria continua de processos ou soluções que possam trazer melhorias para a área e consequentemente para as áreas de negócio dependentes das soluções de sistemas de gestão;
- Efetuar, realizar e planear atividades de suporte nas soluções de sistemas de gestão;
- Efetuar e colaborar no levantamento processos, requisitos, análise, elaboração de documentação com foco na implementação e manutenção de sistemas de gestão.
skills
- Mestrado/licenciatura ou equivalente em Gestão, Informática de Gestão (ou similar);
- Capacidade analítica e aptidão para resolver problemas em ambientes desafiadores;
- Espírito de equipa e boa comunicação interpessoal.
