Can work alone as an advisor, or lead a team of consultants and client team members.

Spot trends in your client industries and maintain a good overview of developments in your competence area.
Combine these insights, trends and new competences to continuously improve our service propositions.
Supporting leadership teams in developing their organization vision of the future, how they will add value in the future
Bridging vision to action, deriving both strategic and tactical plans
As System Architect you:
Driving harmonization and modular design of product architecture, product family platforms and technology choices, compliant with the overall HealthSuite Reference Architecture and leveraging common platforms and technology choices.
Defining the scope and challenges with partners and identifying key issues.
Delivering a consolidated (reference) architecture: creating well-defined building blocks / system options & scenarios, choosing the optimal architecture, bringing to bear technology and orchestrate roadmaps
Ensuring a solid, up-to-date and usable documentation of the architecture; establishing architecture lifecycle management.
Acting within the entire context (business, organization, roadmaps, external world, overall ecosystem etc.) seeking for convergence, bringing together prior art and internal and external trends, remaining up to date with regard to professional knowledge
Guiding and inspiring others in and outside the architect community
Your profile:
Affinity working within a client driven technical environment and in the high-tech or healthcare industry.
Understand the Philips key business framework and operating model is a must.
Able to dialogue at senior leadership level and bridge to a practical hands-on value creation approach
Experience applying architecture frameworks like TOGAF, ITIL, etc.
Having worked at a major consultancy is a pre
Strong collaborative, interpersonal and consulting skills, working across diverse and global teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Result driven, with a hands-on and getting things done mentality
