As an Executive Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Book, coordinate and manage travel arrangements (across various timezone) for the reporting manager
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
- Contribute to the planning, organization and execution of special projects, company events and initiatives. Provide logistical support, including coordinating vendors, materials and resources.
- Keep the reporting manager advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Support to maintain the reporting manager's calendar
- Serve as a liaison between the reporting manager and other stakeholders. This includes receiving and screening the reporting manager’s emails
- Organize company lunches/dinners and restaurant reservations
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities. With an eye to detail and a can-do attitude, you'll interact seamlessly with the CSO and handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. A motivated self-starter with minimally 3 years of prior experience supporting senior executives, you'll demonstrate sound judgment, prioritize effectively, and make decisions confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential..
