Keys Tasks:‣ Oversees finance, accounting, IT and logistics team managers and affiliates together with sponsor shareholder‣ Leads the stand-alone operations as it becomes independent from the parent companyDuties and Responsibilities:‣ Management of consolidated business performance and cash management of the Japanese corporation and Taiwanese subsidiary‣ Execution and progress management of business plans, and implementation of recovery measures in case of failure‣ Communicate with U.S. licensors and overseas vendors on accounting and legal aspects. Review and execute the relevant legal documents‣ Responsible for financial accounting (including tax accounting), managerial accounting (financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting) and internal control development and improvements‣ Budget and progress management of Digital Transformation investments by IT team‣ Negotiations with financial institutions and direction of covenants for existing loans‣ Lead the logistics department in Japan and oversee 3PL,import/export‣ Overall people management of the departments under control (work/labor management, performance appraisal anddevelopment, etc.)‣ Oversee the finance department managers in the Taiwan office

求められる経験
‣ Experience of over 5 years in management from a managerial perspective
‣ Familiarity with wholesale, retail and e-commerce
‣ Ability to communicate smoothly and build good relationships with all stakeholders
‣ Business level English
‣ Strong team building skills in finance, accounting, logistics and IT
‣ Able to lead a team with hands-on experience in finance and accounting, and manage and lead a team in IT and logistics
‣ Good understanding of Japan GAAP, finance and taxation (CPA preferred)
