about the team.As a Concierge, you will be the face of the lounge and company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for the guests. You will greet passengers, assist them in settling in, and ensure their experience in the lounge is nothing short of extraordinary. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with the front-of-house team to manage operations, food and beverage service seamlessly.

about the job.

• Guest Engagement: Greet and welcome passengers, ensuring they feel at home in the lounge
• Operational Support: Work with the front-of-house team to maintain smooth lounge operations, including food and beverage management
• Media Hosting: Serve as the point of contact for media shoots and interviews, upholding the airline’s brand image and providing exceptional hospitality
• Lounge Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the lounge’s interior decor, artwork, and displays to share engaging stories with guests

skills & experiences required.

• Solid customer service and customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or high-end environment. Candidates with previous cabin crew or hotel front-of-house experience are highly encouraged to apply
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor
• Strong ability to multitask and ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered
