求められる経験
■Requirements
・Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, service, or sales.
・Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
・Proven ability to build rapport and exceed customer expectations.
・Experience navigating dynamic online environments and managing multiple tasks effectively.
・Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.
・Proficiency in English (B2 CEFR minimum).
