- Establish the company's compliance management system, formulate compliance policies, standards, and processes, and build and maintain a compliance inspection mechanism.
- Continuously implement the company's compliance-related work, identify and assess compliance risks, and ensure the company's business activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory communication, regulatory inspections, and other related work.
- Be responsible for periodic compliance reports/statements, regulatory visits and interactions, and special compliance matters.
- Assist the company with license applications.
- Conduct internal compliance promotion and training
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors such as Law, Finance, Accounting, etc.
- 6-8 years or more of compliance experience in the life insurance industry.
- Familiar with the compliance requirements of the Hong Kong Insurance Authority and other regulatory bodies, with experience in independent communication with regulators.
- Possess strong insurance compliance management capabilities and insights into the Hong Kong regulatory environment and policy trends.
- Demonstrate strong independent thinking, analytical, and coordination abilities.
