Our client is the world's leading insurance company. They are seeking a Compliance Manager to join their compliance team. The role involves supporting and reinforcing the Group Conduct Framework initiatives across various Asian entities.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and share best practices to assist in the effective implementation of these frameworks.
Monitor the local Conduct dashboards and reports is crucial, with a focus on reviewing action plans and communicating priorities, risks, and issues to the Group Conduct.
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Risk Management, Distribution, and Customer Officers is essential for conducting processes and reporting activities.
Plan compliance reviews, coordinate interviews, and follow up on identified actions, as well as lead Asia compliance activities such as annual planning and report management.
Stay informed about regulations across Asia is vital to provide timely updates to Group Compliance and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position should be a university graduate, preferably with a major in Law, Commerce, Business, or Economics. With 5 to 8 years of experience, the candidate should possess a robust background in Conduct and Distribution Compliance, demonstrating a solid understanding of insurance products, compliance processes, and regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and presentation.
