Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned higher education institution based in East London. They are recruiting for an experienced Data Protection Compliance Administrator to join their team on an initial 4 week basis. Based generally from home, there would be occasional travel into their Docklands office.
Duties:
Assist in the processing and management of Data Subject Access Requests, ensuring responses are completed within the regulatory timeframe.
Coordinate with various departments to gather and compile requested personal data.
Maintain accurate records of DSARs and related correspondence.
Assist in the investigation and response to data breaches and other compliance-related incidents.
Maintain records of incidents and support the implementation of corrective measures.
Monitor the Data Protection Officer mailbox for inquiries, requests, and notifications related to data protection.
Maintain records of all third-party information requests and responses, ensuring that they are securely stored and easily accessible for future reference or audit purposes.
Assist in gathering information and incident response regarding data breaches.
Support the preparation and review of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
