skills & experiences required.- 8 to 10 years of company secretarial experience in financial institutions or well recognised multinational corporations
- min. of 5 years of listed company secretarial experience
- member of HKCGI
- strong knowledge of Hong Kong Listings Rules, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other relevant laws
- Good communication, strong interpersonal skills
- ability to meet tight deadlines
- proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
