key responsibilities
The main responsibilities will be to:
- handle the full range of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong and offshore entities
- conducting compliance checks including KYC for clients
- review and draft company policies and other corporate governance matters
- performing ad hoc duties as requiredskills
Company Secretarial Officerqualifications
- 3 to 5 years of company secretarial experience from law firms or reputable professional services firms
- student membership of HKCGI is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in relevant studyeducation
