Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for improving community well-being and safety, by fulfilling regulatory obligations through education and enforcement.
- Responsible for undertaking a range of activities to promote compliance such as the Dog and Cat Management Act.
- Investigate and assist in educational programs to increase awareness and protect public health and safety.
- Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft suite
- Conduct prompt response and timely investigations into complaints received including appropriate feedback.
About You:
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
- Customer focused and passionate for delivering results
- Experience in a regulatory role or similar is desirable.
- Highly developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence is essential.
- Investigations training is desirable.
