In this role, you will provide mental health assessment, care planning, and support to individuals within the community. Your focus will be on promoting recovery, improving quality of life, and supporting individuals in managing their mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Provide direct nursing care and therapeutic interventions to clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions.

Community Psychiatric Nurse with a valid license to practice in UK.
Experience in mental health nursing or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of community resources and mental health services.
