・Lead communications team(External and Internal) to develop high performing team and implement communication strategy in Japan. ・Planning and execution of internal communication activities as a playing manager:o Acting as a partner with all internal departments to direct, create and publish content to the company's corporate intranet site, ensuring that it is current and engagingo Creating and executing integrated internal communications and change management plans for the organization and its leadershipo Planning and management of internal events including town hall meetingso Supporting product communication for internal business partnerso Increasing OUR's presence within the OUR group by ensuring that OUR employees and OUR Global employees have an accurate understanding of OUR's activities.

求められる経験
・Proven communication experience in the pharma and/or healthcare field
・Commitment to quality, sense of urgency, and ability to thrive in under pressure
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external business partners
・High level of writing and communications skills in both English and Japanese
・Flexibility, outstanding organizational skills, and a creative approach to problem solving
・A self-starter who has the ability to prioritize duties among multiple concurrent projects
・Managing external vendors experience is a plus
・Other industry experience is a plus
