SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE: As member of XXX newly created Japan country organization, XXX is seeking a Commercialization Manager who will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of local commercialization activities focused on the XXX sales teams in Respiratory and Rhinology indication.This includes XXX representation in cross-alliance coordination of local sales implementation.JOB DUTIES: These are the most critical responsibilities.The successful candidate will closely cooperate with Respiratory and Rhinology national sales team, the broader cross-functional (incl. alliance) brand team as well as regional and global XXX Respiratory and Rhinology internal stakeholders.They will ensure excellent alignment and communication between key brand functions locally and help ensure above-market leadership and support functions have the necessary insights regarding local country dynamics and performance.The Manager, Respiratory and Rhinology Commercialization will support the build and track the execution of local brand and tactical plans and participate in regional activities as appropriate. The individual reports to XXX Associate Director, Commercialization in Japan.Summary of Key Responsibilities• Working with the Associate Director, Commercialization Japan on the implementation of local commercialization strategies across assigned therapeutic area (Respiratory and Rhinology), in cooperation with Alliance partner. • Ensure a successful and productive working relationship with cross-functional colleagues and XXX co-commercialization partner. • Partner with the sales team in providing brand strategic direction.• Provide high quality input where required to local market development and commercial activities• Support implementation of local tactical plans and the provision of marketing/sales support materials.• Ensure tracking of agreed KPIs to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.• Collaborate and provide input to XXX regional organization on strategies, tactics and insights.• Ensure development of the field force, (e.g. Providing sales strategy, appropriate tactical tracker) in collaboration with our partner.• Ensure close collaboration with global marketing team as part of the global brand planning process.

• Education (Minimum) Requirements: Business degree, Life Science degree a plus
• Language (Minimum) Requirements: Fluency in Japanese and business level English
• 5+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, or related experience
• Immunology/biologics/specialty care experience strongly preferred
• Respiratory or Rhinology experience a plus
• Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance a plus
