SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:The Manager, Commercial Training will report to the Director Commercial Operations and is responsible for coordination of product training plan, and development and delivery of Immunology specific training materials with a strong focus on the Respiratory and Rhinology spaces. Areas of focus include commercial operation and the delivery of Customer interaction skills and Coaching skills for the Respiratory focused commercial team. Training support includes all areas of commercial including sales, marketing and local referral management.JOB DUTIES:The Manager, Commercial Training, Respiratory and Rhinology delivers sales operation related activities and coordinates product training plan, leads in the development and execution of Customer interaction skills and Coaching skills, and drives other relevant projects.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Cooperate with alliance partners in the implementation of immunology local commercialization strategies across assigned therapeutic area (Respiratory and Rhinology).Provide high quality input where required to local market development and commercial activitiesSupport implementation of local tactical plans and the provision of marketing/sales support materialsUses best in class means of training delivery including eLearning, self-study, computer-based training, audio/video, classroom and experiential learning to ensure the relevant team is trained and to deliver via a clinical selling model the attributes of our products and servicesFacilitates both new hire and advanced trainingEvaluate the training program using effectiveness measurement methods and develop the next planEnsures all developed materials are appropriately approved through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance process.Functions effectively in collaborating with Alliance partnersConducts field visits with medical specialists and reimbursement managers to keep abreast of current trends, to identify opportunitiesPerform other related duties as directed by Director Commercial Operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work across multiple departments
·Demonstrated intermediate mastery in presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills are required
·Ability to manage multiple priorities, planning, and project management skills are necessary
·Demonstrated intermediate mastery in oral and written technical communication as well as background with instructional design
·Work in a high paced, timeline driven atmosphere
·Business level reading and writing English skill required, speaking/listening is a plus
·Demonstrate flexibility, Emotional Intelligence in working with many stake holders
·Computer skills:
o Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.
o Training software such as Microsoft Teams for Business preferred
·Demonstrates a passion for the work, behaving ethically and professionally, professional excellence and teamwork.
·This is an office-based role, with some travel to be the Field expected
·Respiratory and Rhinology experience preferred
Minimum Years of Experience: (Please be as specific as possible)
· A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in specialty pharmaceutical/biotech sales/leadership or related experience
· A minimum of 1 year of direct training or regional training experience is required
· Experience in project lead/execution is preferred
