1) Provide value-added and practical legal advice on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters to support business, including (a) drafting, reviewing, negotiating and filing various agreements and documents, (b) market access and local business development matters, (c) regulatory compliance matters, (d) customer complaint and dispute management, (e) corporate governance, and (f) transactional activities. 2) Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, provide analysis to stakeholders on the potential impact to our company business, and advise sound solutions. 3) Assist Commercial Legal team in drafting, reviewing, developing and implementing internal policies, guidelines and procedures. 4) Support Commercial Legal team to provide strategic legal, compliance and business advice in all functional areas.

求められる経験
• Possesses a Master of Laws degree is preferred.
• Qualification to practice as an attorney in Japan is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in reputable law firms and/or in multinational corporations.
• Possesses solid legal expertise as well as sound business sense.
• Has the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions.
• Has the ability to independently and efficiently handle and manage tasks and projects.
• Proactive working attitude and good communication skills to work with legal, business and relevant stakeholders in different functions and jurisdictions.
• Fluent in the local language, English and/or Chinese.
