Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.4. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to expand the company's market presence.5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.6. Collaborate with Business Unit cross-functional teams, including product development, quality, operations, business development, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of business goals.7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management of Business Unit.
求められる経験
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Successful partner management experience in Japan or international market.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Practical knowledge of Healthcare/ medical devices industry and job experience in multinational companies .
- Fluent English and Japanese
- Nice to have a license of selling medical device 高度管理医療機器等営業所管理者 or a license of repairing medical devices 医療機器修理責任技術者 第2区分
