It involves tracking metrics and adhering to implementation processes for effective strategy execution. Additionally, it includes financial goal setting, P&L planning, budgeting, and cash flow analysis to support business objectives and decision-making.Key Responsiblities:・Act as the primary interface between brands, finance team and management.・Analyze and monitor financial data, presenting accurate reports.・Communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to brands.・Assist brands in annual budgeting and planning processes.・Manage and track performance of invested assets and capital expenditures.・Collaborate with brand managers to develop mid-term business plans.Qualifications:・8-10 years of accounting or finance experience; CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials preferred.・Familiarity with Japan/US GAAP, SOX, and other reporting requirements.・Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.・Effective interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.・Proficiency in computerized accounting, spreadsheets, and word processing; SAP or ERP experience preferred.・Knowledge of strategy, management accounting, corporate finance, statistics, and economics.If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications outlined above, please contact maiko.azegami@randstad.co.jp
