Key duties:
- Proactively supporting clients to recover debts
- Use judgment to make effective assessments and decisions
- Negotiate appropriate actions to recover outstanding and finalising debts
- Provide excellent service at all times in line with procedures
Skills/experience required:
- Previous recoveries/collections experience highly advantageous
- Previous experience in a high volume contact centre environment, with an ability to adhere to KPIs.
- Proven experience dealing with difficult conversations, with strong negotiation skills
- High levels of resilience
- Able to work on rotating shifts Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Can undergo a criminal history check to be successful for the role
