Work as a Collections Officer for a Call Centre based in Melbourne's CBD.
This role is fully office based and hours are between 8am and 8pm (8 hour shift) 9am-6pm and 12pm-8pm
The salary for the positions are between $52,500 to $57,000 plus superannuation
... Role responsibilities:
- Collect payments from clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Managing an inbox of emails
- Assisting clients on any queries they may have
- Assisting clients with making payments
- Being the first point of contact for the call center
- Assisting clients in financial hardship
- Adhering to company KPI's such as call handling times
- Resolving outstanding debts
- Working within a team environment
To be successful in this role:
- Previous collections experience preferred but not necessary
- Customer service experience required
- Previous experience working within Telecommunications industry preferred
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work to KPI's and adhere to company policies
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of empathy
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
