About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative you will work within the call centre team to assist customers regarding their overdue payments and queries. Full training is provided for this position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speak with customers who have fallen behind on their payments and work with them to devise a solution
- Work with customers to implement payment plans to assist them in meeting their obligations
- Provide an empathetic and realistic support while balancing both the customer's and business needs
- Apply best business practices at all times
Start Date: November 2024
Hours: Rotating roster 8am-8pm Mon-Fri. This roles requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.
Skills and Experience:
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a collections or call centre position or similar.
- 1+ years customer service experience within either a retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak with customers in an empathetic manner
- Strong attention to detail
