- Manage inbound and outbound calls to verify and process daily transactions on client accounts.
- Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and validated.
- Collaborate with other departments by responding to inquiries about client account transactions.
- Record payments promptly in the accounts receivable system, adhering to established timelines.
- Reconcile account balances, identify discrepancies, monitor overpayments, and prepare refund requests as needed.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Language Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role, including customer service and collections.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Education: A high school diploma (DES), college diploma (DEC), or a bachelor's degree.
