Responsibilities
-Operate up to 3 specialty machines to produce parts according to blueprints, router package, specifications and/or
special instructions.
- Recognizes and detects machine out-of-tolerance and adjust controls or control media as required.
- Performs basic trial runs to check accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.
- Checks parts for conformance to specifications using gauges, SPC and shop floor system.
- Recognizes and remedies minor machine adjustments and in-process inspections. Major discrepancies are reported to
lead or supervisor.
- Performs work operations under supervision.
- Checks tooling and reworks as needed to keep machine running.
- Lays out parts for successive and continuous machining operations.
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards, by following blueprints or work instructions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use shop and measuring tools.
- Must have experience with electrostatic painting specifically.
