We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming and operating PBR CNC lathes with Rexroth controllers, directly programming on the machine (no CAM system used). This role involves producing high-precision parts in materials such as steel, cast iron, bronze, and stainless steel.

key responsibilities
- programming and operating PBR CNC lathe using Rexroth controller (see pictures for example program)
- programming directly on the machine (no CAM system used
- tool management
- working in steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel
- tolerances 0,01
- measurements of the parts using micrometers + quality control
- small series (mostly max. 5 pieces) also single parts are made on CNC machines
- design and drawings on paper according a model
- reading technical drawings
- maintenance on the lathe
- can work with crane – parts up to 10tons + crane certificate
qualifications
- Experience
- English - good level
- Flexible and hardworking;
- Ability to deliver high quality results;
- Attention to detail;
- Willingness to settle in Belgium long-term.
