Responsibilities
Utilize Fusion 360 or Bobcad software to develop CNC programs from drawings and step files, ensuring precise part creation.
Work with a diverse range of materials, including aluminum, mild steel, D2, and plastics.
Maintain strict tolerances of ±0.001" (±0.0002" for grinding) to ensure the production of high-quality parts.
Independently perform CNC programming tasks with minimal supervision, leveraging your expertise.
Collaborate closely with minimal oversight to meet production objectives.
Demonstrate exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail in all CNC programming tasks.
Adapt seamlessly to evolving project demands and manage your workload efficiently.
Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the machining equipment and workspace.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with demonstrated proficiency in Fusion 360 or Bobcad software.
Skilled in operating CNC mills, manual lathes, and grinders.
Expertise in machining various materials, including aluminum, mild steel, D2, and plastics.
Adept at understanding and maintaining strict tolerances, ensuring machining accuracy.
Comfortable with working independently and assuming ownership of programming projects.
Experience in unique, custom, or low-volume programming is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
Effective communication skills for collaborating within a team environment.
Availability for the day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
