■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
・5+ years of procurement experience, with a preference for experience in CMO and/or direct procurement within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
・Proven track record of successful cost reduction programs and supplier performance management.
・Expert knowledge of procurement tools and techniques (sourcing, negotiation, contract management).
・Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
・Experience in implementing new product launches and integrating new businesses/models.
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Fluent Japanese and English communication skills (both written and spoken).
・Understanding of cGMP and related regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical or OTC environment.
