Our client is a Medical Devices MNC seeking for a clinical specialist to join their team.

You will focus on delivering case support to hospital clients, while managing the product life cycle.

• Work with the Sales Manager in developing a sales plan tailored to the local market
• Support customers in the implementation of robotic programs from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of a world-class experience and a concierge-style service to those working closely with the system
• Become an expert with both clinical and non-clinical hospital staff and will provide ongoing advice and guidance to maximise utilisation of the system and undertake case support and troubleshooting in the O.R. for surgical teams
• Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures within soft tissue robotic surgery to position yourself as a partner in the development of surgical teams
• Manage training of surgical teams

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a Science related major
• Work experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical devices industry;
• Able to work in an operation theatre setting
• Experienced in health care professional engagement in the relevant sector(s);
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health care industry trends;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
