They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clienteling Manager to further strengthen their customer engagement strategies.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the Clienteling Manager, you will be the driving force behind building and maintaining strong customer relationships across all touchpoints. You will develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and nurture high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. You'll be instrumental in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement initiatives and maximize return on investment. ■Requirements
・3+ years of experience in a CRM or Clienteling role.
・Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
・Proven success in developing and executing customer engagement strategies.
・Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English (business level proficiency).
・Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
