key responsibilities
As a Client Support Representative your main responsibilities are:
- providing exceptional customer service to clients' requests in timely and professional manner via phone, emails
- submitting orders and monitoring processes
- being responsible for order taking and invoicing
- building and maintaining positive client relationships
experience
- at least 1-2 experience in customer service, order taking or similar roles
qualifications
- excellent knowledge of Softone ERP system
- excellent knowledge in English (written and oral)
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- outstanding customer service approach
