This position is part of the Trustee Services Division which is collectively responsible for delivering high quality services to customers. This Gov Department administers Trusts & Estates where the organisation has been appointed the Trustee of trust funds or as Executor/Trustee of a Will.
A CSO will manage a case load of approx. 50 matters, address and progress either Estate or Trust administration & attend to customer needs.
About you
No experience in wills and estates required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, knowing how to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also have the ability to problem solve and de-escalate matters.
