Your new role and responsibilities

This is a full time permanent opportunity in their Sydney CBD office, to join their close-knit & rapidly growing team to assist in managing the day-to-day client services, payments, platform queries and onboarding. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, oversee high-volume payments, and drive process improvements.

• Operational delivery managing day to day payments and platform activtives
• Internal stakeholder management to collaborate with the wider business across the globe
• Payments processing and funding request execution
• Onboarding KYC/AML and verification checks
