Advantages
Position Type: 3-month assignment, with potential extension after February 2025.
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
Responsibilities
Perform accurate and detailed data entry into external pre-qualification platforms.
Create and edit Word and Excel documents.
Design PowerPoint presentations for staff.
Support data management and template creation.
Use external online platforms to upload and input information.
Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Adobe for document editing.
Ability to navigate external online platforms for data input.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, dynamic environment.
