Job:Public Convenience Attendant / Facilities CleaningLocation:Coed PellaHours: 40 Hours (see notes below about hours expected)
To provide a 40 hour per week professional cleaning service on a 52 week basis, MUST be willing to work any 4 or 5 days out of 7 (WILL INCLUDE weekend and bank holiday working). The facilities operates over 7 days.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an allocated list of public conveniences which will be used by the general public.
Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, using cleaning machinery including electric buffing machines, scrubber dryers and vacuum cleaners.
Be able to clean surfaces to head height and prepared to work alone, including driving to areas anywhere in the Conwy County Council area during the hours of darkness and in inclement weather. Personal protective equipment, uniform, transport and training will be provided. Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise the Councils online training and human resources IT applications.
A current full driver's license is essential for this post and you will be comfortable driving a small van (Manual).
You should be physically fit, and have good customer service skills as you are working amongst members of the public. For this reason you will also have a current DBS.
